Here is my timeline:   Oct 3: impressions done at audiologist, mailed out express w/ tracking Oct 6: impressions received at US office (Cali), signed and confirmed by USPS tracking Oct 17: got confirmation that impressions were received at the lab, all good and fabrication begins

Got confirmation that the ear impressions were received at the lab. Now just another 2 weeks or so of waiting (rush order) and the K10 will be here! Hopefully I get perfect fit the first time.

it is 8 weeks (40 business days), and rush order is 8 business days, from what they told me a week ago on my order (for the k10 custom at least)

oh if thats the case then you wont really be getting any confirmation until they are at the lab. i dont think noble sends out confirmations when they get them in the US office (unless after examining the impressions they see something wrong i think). the confirmation is only when the lab gets them

i believe the 6-8 business day rush order starts when the impressions are received at the lab, not the US office

how does your audiologist know that they were received at the lab? i think impressions are all sent to their US office first, and noble is responsible for sending them to their lab after that, and the confirmation email will only come after the lab gets them, not the US office
