    IEM Recommendations under 140€ (~$150)

Hello!   I've got a pair of Shure's SE215 that started to make what seems to sound like static (in certain positions). From what I gathered online this was a common problem and most people tried cleaning and centering the pin on the connectors. Cleaning them worked the first time but the...

Shure SE215 noise: cable or monitors?

I believe this was the case. On one of the monitors it worked to move it just a little but on the other (I believe it was already broken) after trying to move it half of it just fell apart (I tried to do as others have done in other threads) even after applying just a bit of pressure.   I'm...

Shure SE215 noise: cable or monitors?

Not really. I can wiggle the cable close to the jack without making noise. I notice the problem when touching (and moving) the connectors (close to the monitors -- just tested). At times, in certain positions it will even mute the monitor until I move it a bit.   Quote:   That's correct.

Shure SE215 noise: cable or monitors?

I've bought a pair of SE215 headphones a few years ago (around 2012) and I've been happy about their build and sound quality. Their cable seems tough, as well as their monitors, even though the cable started to become green (I have the clear model) after some time (especially since after one...

    IEM advice around 100€ ($120)

I'm not really sure why but I'm a bit inclined to Shure's SE215.   AstroTurf, has I tried to say, it is not a necessity, but the controls could be a potential plus.   Techno Kid, they seem to have good reviews too, but do they have wax filters? Couldn't tell by the pictures.   Thank...

    IEM advice around 100€ ($120)

Hi,   I used this forum some years ago to ask advice on a pair or IEM's for around $20 and I believe I am prepared for the next level. I ended up buying a pair of Meelec's M6. Loved the support and the headphones. Great sound, generally precise and decent isolation (with a bit of work)...

Can you help me choose some in-ear headphones between $20-$30?

Thank you for your replies. I think I just have to search for the best price now. Selkal, maybe I am just afraid because I never used one of those headphones so I can't really know if I will feel any difference. It is risky to invest that money on something you don't know. But I do believe I...

Can you help me choose some in-ear headphones between $20-$30?

Well, to be honest I don't have $100 to spend but nevertheless I prefer to buy a pair with a very good quality/price relationship because of the risk involved. So, with $30 max, which are the ones to buy?

Can you help me choose some in-ear headphones between $20-$30?

I have been extremely divided between which headphones to buy. I have a long wish of having a pair of Sennheiser CX300-II because of the simple design and the fantastic reviews I've been seeing everywhere but I have been told there are a lot of people crazy about the MEElectronics M9 and M6...
