How do these compare/rank against the monster miles davis tributes?

finding mixed reviews on these... anyone here care to recommend/criticize these headphones?

I was wondering whether there is a substantial quality difference between the Monster Miles Davis Tributes (in-ear) and a high quality over ear speaker liek the Sennheiser HD650 or 800. I was thinking about purchasing the Sennheiser HD650 since there is a pretty good deal on Amazon at the moment...

In my opinion these are far superior to the comply tips. I don't even see where they are available for purchase on that site. Thats just a price with no place to buy them? Also how would you know what size you are before trying them out?     Available on Amazon now at $29.99...

I purchased a pair of Monster Miles Davis Tribute headphones which came with only the white supertips. Was wondering if anyone knew where (if) I could purchase the SuperTips in black?

I purchased an open box pair of these from OneCall earlier today at $315. It still carries the warranty so hopefully that is as good as new. I had tried offering $250 through the myprice but never got a response - just "we'll let you know when the price reaches $250" generic email.   goodluck
