Another good option is to get a laptop. I bought an HP laptop for $445.00 and it has ATI for graphics so connect HDMI cable to it and then to my receiver and play music on my stereo from that. No fan noise at all in a laptop.

Yes, it is the ear clip design that causes it because the wire is so thin and just a little snag and it will come loose. But I tried Koss SportaPro and the headband is tight  and presses on the top of my ear so didn't find them comfortable enough for me. Maybe PortaPro is better choice.

Firstly, MP3s sold at Itunes have no DRM, secondly, you won't hear the differnce between  a good quality MP3 from a lossless audio track. End of story.   I dfon't use iTunes anymore anyway because they are less than half the price at eMusic.
