If anyone is looking for a good deal (IMO) on a Focal Arche DAC/AMP to match with their Stellia, I just relisted mine in classifieds. Apologies if it's against tradition to post in this thread. Still look forward to my work from home days where I have my Stellia / iDSD Pro / iCAN combination...

Relisting with much lower price and without the headphones option. Got the Arche with my Stellia a year ago and it has maybe 20 hours of use on it when my main DAC was in the shop. I'm keeping my iFi Pro stack so I have no need for the Arche. Original packaging, purchased from a dealer...

I actually have some good feedback from you, because I not only have had the Elegias, I still use the Elegias on a semi-regular basis when I'm working from home and I have my Stellias at my desk at the office. Elegias with Questyle CMA 400i DAC/AMP were my daily driver for about three years...

Cool - thanks for the quick response. Any generic (but quality) will work then. Are you still liking your iPower Elite? General rule of thumb is iPower > iDSD Pro > iCAN Pro, correct?

To paraphrase a favorite movie quote, "let's not start scratching each others' backs just quite yet" but I did get a chance to swap out the tubes and it appears that the problem may have been with stock tubes. I had purchased a pair of WE 396A for this unit anyway, so if that's the case, I hope...

If a guy gets the iPower Elite (15v as mentioned earlier in the thread) and connects it to the iDSD Pro first, where do you get the "daisy chain" cable that goes from the output of the iDSD Pro to the iCAN Pro? In the picture on Amazon, it doesn't look like it comes with that cable by default...

Anyone using a Parametric EQ with the Stellias? I've spent some time with the Oratory1990 settings and I can't say that I like them at all (using Jriver Media Center > D90 > iCAN Pro). I think I've narrowed down the problem to the fact that the +6.5 at the 4600 Hz band just blows things out as...

Never afraid to ask a stupid question: is the Power Elite used for the iDSD Pro or the iCan Pro? Or do you get one for each?

I'm curious, I hear mention of "Dekoni Stellia Pads" - what I am also interested in if there is much difference between the Dekoni Focal Elite and the Stellia Limited versions of the earpads - they do look very similar to me...

This is interesting to me because I've been having a similar problem with my Arctic cable on my Elegias - the right male plug on the Arctic cable will sometimes not make a completely firm connection in the female cup on the headphones. I originally thought it might have been the headphone side...

Anyone using the NEO iDSD with the iCan Pro? I've seen some people in the thread mentioning the PRO iDSD used as a DAC for this, but didn't see the NEO mentioned in the thread (probably because that's still a relatively new product). Also seen a lot of reviews comparing the NEO iDSD vs PRO...

Does anyone here know if the special presets on the Focal Arche apply to the DAC or to the amplifier stage? In other words, if you used it as a DAC and hooked up to a different headphone amp, would the preset you choose matter? Just curious more than anything...

I looked through a couple of your old posts but didn't see an answer - what are you primarily using for a DAC with the iCan? The Bifrost 2?
