Need advice on LED TV (upgrading from CRT)
Thanks for the feedback. Opted for the Sony as it is significantly cheaper than the Panasonic. It's physically much smaller than my old CRT and image (at least for widescreen stuff) is larger. Watching YouTube (the Sherlock Holmes mini episode) surprised me - no stuttering (which happens...- Jubei

Need advice on LED TV (upgrading from CRT)
I've been using a 29" CRT TV since 1996 (I think) and would finally like to upgrade to a modern flat panel full HD TV. I have a few questions : 1) Would 32" panel be too small? I mean would the image size be smaller than a 29" CRT for widescreen movies? 2) Are there still image quality...- Jubei

Shootout: 114 Portable Headphones Reviewed (Xiaomi Mi Headphones added 04/21/2015)
I recently bought myself the M50 and can say I am satisfied with the purchase. They isolate well and are decently comfy. The run ok off an iPod but could definitely do with an amp. Which is going to be my next purchase :) Quote:- Jubei

All New Zeppelin Remasters in 2013!
Yeah, I'd love to know if there are significantly better than the CDs from the 1980s. I've always been skeptical about remasters but the difference between the Legacy Edition of Bitched Brew and my old double disc CD from the 1980s was quite night and day. If the new Led Zep remasters are that... -

Quote: Most of my Led Zep CDs were bought in the mid / late 1980s, so if the new remasters are indeed better than maybe it is would a re-purchase. -

iTunes 11
Quote: I don't use iTunes to buy music, but in general, I find it lacking when it come to sort order options in the various song, album, artist, genre views. Maybe I'm just spoilt by Foobar. I do like some aspects of iTunes 11 - the Album view is much more usable than cover flow...- Jubei

iTunes 11
Installed. Initial thoughts : Looks cleaner than before and seems to load faster. Like the new Album, Artists and Genre views. Will need to use it more to see if there are usability issues - on my 22.5" full HD screen, I can only see 4 albums per screen which is not good since I have a...- Jubei

Android Music Players!
PowerAmp just won't play nice with my SGS1, so I gave up and am now using a combo of Songbird and Winamp. N7 has a nice UI though.- Jubei

Wireless Router: Which is the most reliable?
Had a Netgear that worked fine for a good 7+ years. Recently switched to a Belkin (it was on sale) because the Netgear did not have good range - couldn't really get a good signal in the living room and my apartment is small. The Belkin somehow sorted the problem. But yes, agree with...- Jubei

Wolfson DAC confirmed for Galaxy S3!
Quote: x2. I used SGS1 with stock Samsung firmware and no Voodoo Sound - sound was definitely worse than just about any of my other MP3 players (iPod Touch 4G, iPod Classic, Samsung YP-T9). Wolfson DAC gives the phone potential to sound good, but stock manufacturer implementation...- Jubei
