Noob question... I am using P7 with iPod and Fiio E11 with Fiio LOD .. it gets too loud at volume position 2. Does this mean E11 is too powerful for P7? I like the bass with amping .. Will it damage the headphones? Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

the thing is these are the most expensive headphones I have ever had and have started carrying them everywhere.. so was afraid I would break them ... I hope the original carry case is good enough.. 

Can anyone suggest a hard case to carry the P7 .. about the same size as the soft case that comes with the headphones. Would be awesome if the case could hold the headphones and iPod.   Thanks.

I have been trying out the P7 and Momentum for a week and ended up with the P7. I like the overall comfort, portability and sound of P7. They are very close to sounding like speakers. Very good clarity, instrument separation and better sound stage than the Momentums. I wouldn't call it more bass...

OP, I recently acquired a DT990/600 with plans to drive it with my Sony receiver STR-SE501 but it had a horrible hiss when plugged in. But my Yamaha HTR drives it without any noise. So give it a try it might work out with your receiver.
