Pro-ject: Is the RM 1.3 the same as the RPM 1.3?
I can't seem to find any clear description between these two. Or maybe they're actually the same. Can anyone clarify? Also the "genie" name? Thanks- zzephyr27

Klipsch X10 problem??
I had the same problem! I bought a pair and within weeks one was cutting out when I touched the jack. Then they totally died. I finally received my replacement set and a few days in they did the same thing. They're sending me new ones again now but I'm giving up on them. Just gonna sell them new...- zzephyr27

I'm halfway through my first listen right now. It's enjoyable but I don't think it will top Metaphorical Music for me.. -
CD Production To Stop By The End of 2012 - Thank You Apple and Others For Destroying Music and It's Reproduction, As We Know It
No problems here. CD's aren't a format I'm willing to pay for anymore. Buy vinyl, download included flac/320, be happy.- zzephyr27

Quality IEM's for the gym
I'll check those out. Do you guys think the RE262 or Klipsch X10 wouldn't be suitable for the gym?- zzephyr27

Quality IEM's for the gym
Ah yeah, I forgot about those ATH-EW9's. How does the sound quality of those compare to IEM's though? Not sure I'd like it..but then again I'm not sure if I can find IEM's that will stay in good enough, or if sweat and such could be bad for them. Also I heard the Triple Fi 10's are kinda...- zzephyr27

Quality IEM's for the gym
I'm looking for some quality IEM's that are comfy enough and stay in well enough to use at the gym. I love my Denon AH-D2000's to give an idea of the sound I like. I like bass but not to unrealistic extents. I also would rather not bother with an amp for these and the source will just be...- zzephyr27

Best Headphones For Me?
I'm pretty sure the general consensus would say even those ones should have an amp. The m50's are great for the price, and can definitely be had under $200.. I love my Denon AH-D2000's though. They're both great for their prices, in my opinion..meaning the Denon's are a step up. The...- zzephyr27

iBasso D42 "Mamba" with dual dacs! !! Hey Hey! Improved Starting on Page 76 .
Ok what the hell. I got my D4 the other day and was all ready to write up my first impressions..now I just hooked it up again and now have no sound. My ipod into the aux in works, but from usb in as a dac/amp I now have no sound. My computer recognizes it.."USB Audio DAC" and the volume is at...- zzephyr27

Music to relieve me
If you are open to experimental music, I would suggest this. It's not cheery, for sure. It's neutral and meant to be thought about. -

iBasso D42 "Mamba" with dual dacs! !! Hey Hey! Improved Starting on Page 76 .
Thank you so much! That helps a lot. So for the ipod setup, will that sound really bad bypassing the DAC? I bought the LOD because I heard you want to avoid the ipod's converter. Will the LOD and amp sound better than the ipod's headphone jack into the amp? Or did I make a mistake buying...- zzephyr27

My D4 is on the way and I have some (extremely stupid) questions. I'm confused about how I'll use this in my setup. I went with a portable amp/dac as I don't want to be tied to my desktop, though that is where most my listening will be done. Also, I didn't want to spend a ton. 1. For...- zzephyr27

B&W P5's, Denon AH-D200... Or something else?
Before burn-in? I've had my AH-D2000's for about 7 months and love them. I just finally ordered an amp the other night, so I'm excited to hear how they improve. They've been great without the amp but apparently can be way better. I went with the iBasso D4 Mamba. We'll see how it goes Quote:- zzephyr27
