ATH-M50 Sound Bleeding?
I have the coiled version of the M-50 too, but it seems that there's only significant bleeding when the cups are open. There's not much bleeding when wearing them or if you have the headphones in a position where the cups cover each other. Try using a thick book or something simulate someone...- Loser777

Turbines went through the wash
I left my Turbines in a jacket, and they went through the wash - both washing and drying. (this actually happened a few months ago, just haven't been active for a while)... They actually still work, and I haven't noticed any horrific change in their sound or anything. What's the prognosis?- Loser777

Crease on pads?
I only have a cellphone with me right now, but his is what one of the pads (the one with the more noticeable crease) looks like... I don't even understand how the crease got there really, from the way the box looks like it would hold it, even with rough shipping -that wouldn't happen. It...- Loser777

Crease on pads?
My set of ATH-M50 arrived today via UPS 2-day air. It was packed with the plastic air bags, but upon opening the box, I see that the box is somewhat squished in the right corner. The headphones are still intact- still in the plastic holder that was in the box, but there's a large crease on both...- Loser777

All the DACs money can buy, pt. 2
My computer's constant hissing and static due to bad power regulation is driving me nuts, I need a DAC with its own power source (preferably less than $200). Totally new to DACs, and the threads I've found go from the $250 price point and up.- Loser777

Electrical Interference?
Since my main rig's power supply blew up about a month ago, I've switched back to my old PC... and now that I'm actually using it for music with headphones on, I'm noticing buzzing and slight beeps when I'm using the computer... like if I minimize a window I'll hear a slight buzz or when I...- Loser777

Does it degrade sound quality when you....
Impossible, if music got progressively worse as it was copied/could degrade, think of what would happen with recordings/CDs? Data is data, Quote: 01101001 01110100 00100000 01110011 01110100 01100001 01111001 01110011 00100000 01110100 01101000 01100101 00100000 01110011 01100001 01101101... -

IEM Questions (NOT A RECOMMENDATION THREAD)
I bought the Monster Turbines after weeks of deliberation, decided they were at the best price point in addition to them being available locally. However, I'm still unsure about a few things: Seal: How do I know I'm getting a proper seal aside from the finger snapping thing? On my right ear I...- Loser777
