I'm using the Nuforce ne 7m and they sound pretty good. They have a built in mic with a button to answer calls, end calls, pause, fast forward and repeat songs. They are $50 and for the sound many say they are a great deal, which I would agree.

I just bought the Nuforce ne 7m and used them for the gym. I do about an hour of weights and 25 minutes on the treadmill and they do fine. I guess it would depend though on how the phones fit your ear. For the money these sound great too.

+1 for the Nuforce Ne-7m's. I think they sound pretty balance with nice highs and good bass. I've had the Shure se110's (good mids and highs, not enough bass) and have listened to the Skull Candy's Smokin buds (too much bass, no mids or highs).
