Any electronica musicians here?
Yes - there's a publicly funded studio near me which I have keys for, lucky me (-: I have friends who are into trackers (ft2, madtracker et al) but they tend to make kinda hardcore stuff with them... I'm interested in the demoscene audio stuffs too - have you heard the soundtrack to Please The...- viciouscarrot

Audio&Me: pop.myrealbox.com smtp.myrealbox.com imap.myrealbox.com If you've never used imap before, give it a try. It's like pop except your folders of old email / drafts etc are stored on the server, so you can get at them from anywhere. Outlook Express supports it. Myrealbox can do...- viciouscarrot

Etymotic ER-4P/S Owners' opinions?
About that convertor cable: does it just change the imedence of the 'phones? If 4Ps have a slightly better bass response, is that due to the lower impedence or some other change in design? Does the cable make a 4P into a real 4S?- viciouscarrot

Question regarding Digital Din output
Is this like DIN, as in a multi-pin round plug, or Din, as in Digital In? Edit: Okay, some Lives! have digital DIN outputs, it's like 4 x SPDIF with MIDI too. Others have digital outs on minijacks, for more info see here: http://alive.singnet.com.sg/tech/digital-io.htm- viciouscarrot

Oooo... better earbuds than Etymotic's?
http://precisionweb.com/monitoring/m...nes/index.html Seem to lean towards pro monitoring, but the price ($599), and the response range they quote... 10Hz to 22Khz? Hrm. I can't find any mention of them other than on their site though. They also sell the Ety 4's on their site , without really...- viciouscarrot
