I've owned both and liked both, but the Triple Fi midrange is nowhere near the 225's.

So what are the chances of the M11+'s going on sale in the next 10 days on MEelecs site? Anyone got the scoop on that? I really want to buy a couple more to give to friends.   I'm listening to the ones I got from the M-What deal right now and I can not believe I only paid 14 bucks for these...

I so badly want to hear that DDM' bass response and soundstage for myself but I'm patiently waiting for the rumoured January update.    I hate you guys and your DDM's. 

Where's the cheapest place to get these hybrids? I've read that they pair up great with TF10's as well. Maybe it's time to give these buds a try.   EDIT: Nevermind. I just did a little googling and it looks like I can get these pretty much anywhere. 

I ordered 4 and pretty much got the MEElec Sampler Pack. :D   1 Red M11+ 1 Black M6p 1 M9p 1 R1   These are gifts so now comes the tough part of deciding who gets what.. decisions, decisions.  

As a Grado owner, I know all too well that great things can sometimes come in boring, plain packages.    My TF10's are scheduled to arrive today. I.am.happy. 

My order shipped out on the 28th. Should be here any day now.   I'll update this post once I receive it and share with you all which sets I got.    I bought these strictly to give as gifts but I'm getting a reallllly bad itch to open one of these bad boys up to get a listen for myself...

I'm in for 4 of the M-What deal to give away as gifts. I really do think this is a clever little promotion they're doing. It's not often I order something and not know exactly what I'll be receiving. Can't wait to see what I've "won". 4 M11+'s would be nice.

What is this "*-Cush" bs I keep seeing around here these days? Who's idea was it to give the Grado pads this convoluted lettering system.    I guess simply calling them bowls, flats, and comfies made too much sense...

Probably just the new Grado smell being enhanced by the heat from your head.   What kind of music are you listening to? Grado's will melt your stinking face off with some guitar tracks.

Um.. I just wipe the dust off of my RS-1's with my fingers. I've had them for over 5 yrs and they look better now then when I first got them. No special oils or anything. *shrugs*

I'm pretty close to pulling the trigger on these myself... Still doing some research on how they compare to similarly priced IEM's though. Can anyone tell me how the srh840's stack up against IEM's such as the TF10's, RE0's, Panasonic RP-HJE900's and so on.

DIY Head-Fi really scares me sometimes ...
