Just got notice my HD600s arrived here... but being this an import from USA, now I have to go wrestle with unsurmountable import tariffs, hostile customs, and what not... Not that I'm surprised - that's standard procedure for anything electronics-related, but it always sucks all the same...

At this time of writing I'm waiting for both my Senn HD600s to arrive from Head-Fier Marc (mjg) AND a custom length Zu Mobius cable straight from the Zu people... Yeah, I'm after big game with the Senns... thanks Marc Needless to say I'm positively, absolutely poor at the moment...

I have been thinking to get a pair of 280s (once I recuperate from the 600s+ Zu investment) for the office. What interests me most about these is that they claim to have one of the best noise isolations out there, and that's definitely something I'm after, having an A/C behind me all day long...

...to make a meteorite crash-sized hole in my wallet. Summing it up, I'm inching closer to invest in the Senn HD600 + Zu Mobius cable. After all these days of R&D, this is the combo that seems most suitable for me in regards of a long-term investment. Just hope these are the last 'phones...
