iFi now do their own 4.4mm - 4.4mm interconnect. It's on DROP with the ZEN CAN Signature & ZEN DAC Signature listings. You know that at least it will be decent quality.

So, with the xCAN then, do you still need a separate DAC? The DAC is only there to make the Bluetooth work then? I'm considering an xDSD (still!) and have just been looking at other options - this one is less in terms of cost. Can you use it with your iPhone or laptop? How does it sound?
