    id recommend the shure srh-440.best bang for the buck headphones around a hundred dollars.they sound great out of a portable,very well built plus the cord is detacheable.better than the grados in my opinion!

    it happened to me downtown i was wearing a second hand pair of hd25-1s.4 hip hop,rappers i think were sporting their "beats" and asked me if it was worth the fifty bucks i spent on my cans.lol.i then let one of them listen and i saw the guy's jaw hit the ground!

    shure srh 840 final impressions after 1 month. (AVERAGE IMO)

    Nice review btw!Personally i don't think they are worth the msrp seeing as the 440s are so much cheaper!I've heard the 840s and agree with everything you said.
