Violectric HPA V550 - Blue's Brother and the successor to the V281

thanks, I have a few of those adapters... just that if i'm getting a TOTL HPA i'm looking for a native 4.4mm output as most of my HP and IEM cables are 4.4 terminated. maybe I'll wait bit more whilst saving up for the V590²

    ZMF Verite

Hi.... for Jazz vocals and smaller scale classical like Mozart, I will go for Utopia..... large scale classical like Beethoven/Mahler symphonies, chorals, requiems VO is my choice

    ZMF Verite

Blackwood and Ironwood are both really hard woods so I doubt there will be much sonic difference between them, especially with the fast Verite drivers.....

    ZMF Verite

good timing.... I think/bet someone will part with their limited wood edition and use your fund to reinvest into Blackwood edition..... I think you should consider which previous limited edition you like....

    ZMF Verite

Seems ZMF customers (me included)have some sort of wood fetish... Hahahaha imo the Blackwood will be the most sought after VO.... but staring at the Ironwood still giving me the feeling of how blessed I am on owning my prefect VO

    ZMF Verite

I run both Verite silver and 2k copper on my VO and Auteur.... silver gives a more crispy edgy notes and more airy, suits VO better than Auteur..... i prefer the 2k on Auteur for fuller, richer and punchier sound, silver on Auteur slightly leaner but more detailed and refined sound which i find...

    ZMF Verite

I did an audition on Verite and the shop owner also let me try Empy (both were brand new back then), I found Empy sounded quite flat, colder and less musical than Verite (both headphones ran on highend tube amp).... I've been eyeing Verite since the beginning and found Ironwood is the 'look' I...
