So I decided to test my Susvara OG on my Transportable Rig. iPad Pro M4 / Chord Hugo 2 / Cayin C9II / Susvara using mini Chimera 4.4 mm Bal interconnect and headphone cable. I was pleasantly surprised it ran them very well. It still can’t compare to my man rig but they sounded good.

They had a sale going so you might have to wait or contact them. Unless someone has a set for sale.

Since you shown this. I’m going to listen to them on my Susvara Chain tonight.

Don’t have radiance. But since closed back you should use a non perforated pad.

I use the unity setting on my AiC-10 and use MPD-8 to control the volume works great.

Hard to beat the quality, sound, versatility and performance of AIC-10 if you can find a good deal used. There is nothing it can’t drive to full potential.

The Stellia isn’t either. So that’s why I was interested in hearing the Stelliance conversion. But the HE-R10P Stealth version is an amazing closed back.

I have 3 closed backs left sold off the others. The DCA Stealth, HE-R10P Stealth and the Stellias. But wanted to try the Radiance. But the Stellias and Utopia 22 are my only Dynamic drivers left.

I haven’t heard the Radiance. But there is no way the Stellia is 4th in line of the Fical Closed backs. I do want to hear a Stelliance. But the Stellias are in the top five closed backs and that doesn’t include any of these. Although easy to drive they scale with better gear.

There are solid state amps that do would better when left on then turned off and on. So I understand the concept. But the AIC-10 don’t need long to sound Marvelous.

I also would Highly suggest the Playback Designs MPD-8. This is one amazing DAC.

I plan to Sell the CA-1A. Then I will reorganize the case. I keep the Diana MR or HE-R10P Stealths in the bedside system or with me in my transportable setup. The Empyreans are at the office to break the monotony.

Mood and type of music. I’m very eclectic and listen to all music so long as it’s good. I just don’t get into Acid or Punk Rock or most of the new rap music.
