Hi! I have the older, original AP80. I usually play by album, so I don't get this problem. I also usually use ALAC (to enable cd burning through iTunes from Qobuz downloads). Are you trying to play your entire filelist? Cheers!

The funny thing about SBC and AAC bluetooth is that it usually sounds pretty good..until you switch to LDAC or the higher AptX codecs. It's quite shocking. Similar to going from 128 kbps mp3 to lossless.

I don't think the BT version as such matters, it's the AptX Adaptive codec. I have no device that supports this codec, except that Nura dongle. And I can really hear a difference : the "BT bass bloat" is gone and everything sounds significantly better

Nura has major logistics issues - the BT transmitter was a freebie with my NuraTrue Pro order xD I hope to receive it sometime, I have very low expectations from Kickstarter and Nura.
