Schiit Yggdrasil Impressions thread
I think the best response @Baldr can do is to just make a DAC that measures better than the Vivaldi (which measurement and sound wise, the yggdrasil still loses out to) and sell it fo 4k. For the record, DAVE's measurement is even better (assuming Rob's graphs are correct, im waiting for the...- Rotijon

If you have a Master 9, there is no need to get a ragnarok unless your planning to power speakers.- Rotijon

CHORD ELECTRONICS DAVE
Hmm why not the LX150 for the DAVE, it has double the capacity of the LX75 chip used and is only 30 bucks more a piece.- Rotijon

CanJam London 2016 (August 13-14, 2016)
Knowing MSB and their pricing methods, Im quite familiar with the dealer cost for these since a buddy of mine works for a dealer. Case in point, i got my MSB analog at 40% off, brand new in box. At 37,950 this means it is sold to the dealers at 50% discount (not kidding). So its 18,975. MSB...- Rotijon

CanJam London 2016 (August 13-14, 2016)
Looking at your taste, im sure you will find the select a better amp due to the pricetag. Put a 009 (bright) witha bright amp (BHSE) and you should obviously expect fatigue.- Rotijon

Wow, you guys have really really grown. I wouldn't be surprised if there is only 2-3 pure audiophile companies (counting out sony etc) in the world that hits your revenue and profit levels. If only i could buy some shares.- Rotijon

Noble Audio - Introducing KATANA
I get what you mean on the layla being huge. However, im referring to the finish. For 1.85, Noble's finishing is definitely not up to par in terms of universals. but my favorites so far is the Fitear, Alo and a few others. 64audio is another one whose finishing seem a touch lacklustre...- Rotijon

Noble Audio - Introducing KATANA
How else then do you stay relevant? If you price it equal (gasp) or lower (double gasp), how do you stay relevant in an industry where everyone is constantly raising their prices and ripping people off?- Rotijon

Headamp Blue Hawaii Special Edition
Im wondering why using the KT-77 will cause the BHSE to spoil. I was talking to Jim Mcshane and he said that, "There are far more differences in various samples of ANY of those EL34 tubes than there would be between EL34 and KT-77 tubes. The 6CA7 is different internal construction (beam...- Rotijon

Oriolus Hybrid IEM
From what i understand, the Oriolus is by Hibino to be sold under Ibasso Japan. Which would make it very very odd for Uncle E1's to have Chinese lettering on the packaging. http://world.taobao.com/item/521109506744.htm?fromSite=main&spm=a312a.7700824.w4004-887090170.16.4jlxwD Apparently...- Rotijon
