Maybe, I feel bad as I've given Noble a bit of stick and turns out it's probably not their fault!

Really weird regarding the Noble App for Apollo and Rex5, it will not update the devices via my S24 however it updates without issue via my Fiio M23 🤔

I have found the app to be awful which is a shame as it mars the experience of the Apollo/Rex which are amazing headsets. It would appear that the equaliser are redundant for one device and not the other, the anc cycle doesn't seem to work from the app and the pause next/previous buttons are...

Now please just make the app fit for purpose

I love the Fokus Apollo so much i just had to order the Rex5 to see if they've achieved similar great things with an in-ear, will receive tomorrow......slightly concerned about low volume reports though

Am I missing something updating the firmware?, it says updating firmware but there's nothing displayed under current version, latest version nor any text displayed under introduction of the new version. Will it be updating automatically without me needing to do anything?

As an update to the above the issue seems to happen if logged into Qobuz as well as Tidal. Tidal will play fine if logged in without being logged into Qobuz whereas Qobuz is always failing to play from the start of the song

Having real problems all of a sudden, tracks are starting from random places in songs on both my Samsung phone and Fiio M23, tried force stopping, altering buffer range but no joy. Has the latest update possibly caused this?

Ok, I got it to work and thanks for your help, I had to do a clean install of the app, forget the headphones, reconnect the headphones and then the app has detected them

Nope that's not worked

I just get this screen, have totally disconnected the headphones, reinstalled the app. It would appear many others have this issue if you see the reviews on playstore

The app seems to have stopped connecting to the headphones

Hi @FiiO, I totally get that I'm probably coming across a bit entitled here but you guys really really need to work on your communication, several of us on here over the last few days have requested the beta file to use on the M23 which could well be a valuable tool used for reporting bugs...
