I received the WE396A a couple of days ago. It's very nice. A warm, clear sound, though I sometimes miss the punch of the GE JAN 5670. Question: I'm home most days, so is it better to keep the Vali 3 turned on most of the day even though I take breaks from using it? I'm wondering if keeping it...

I recently scored a WE396A for a good price on eBay and after some messed up tracking problems with USPS it's in my city. Should get it by Friday. Will be nice to finally try out the "top" native tube.

I recently got World's Best Cables RCAs for my Schiit stack and they have made me a cable believer. Suddenly, I have lost all interest in the convenience of Bluetooth headphones. It amazes me that WBC follows a pricing strategy similar to Schiit, with very reasonable, affordable prices.

Thanks to everyone that explained that a cable with a ground on one end is directional. Learned something new!

What do you think of their claim that their cables are directional? Personally, I'm skeptical.
