Just out of curiosity, what headphones do you use it with?

It would be advisory to read the detail from the user manual of the Pa-One. Mine is the first version (non +), tube rectified model. The recommendation on the warm-up time is to be observed, after switching off the amp, and inserting new tubes - valves.

There is still that detail with the lifetime of a certain tube in a certain amplifier. This is not now regarding the WA33 per seï, but in general, regarding the tube amps.
