I have sold a few IMR sets lately and I agree with what has been said above. IMR are a niche product, so you're selling to a very small pool of people. Unfortunately, due to the poor reputation of IMR's business practices, people who would need to research the brand would probably be put off...

Just ordered the combo pack. Got a few concerts coming up next year, so it will be a good test for them. Also interested if they add a bit of the Flare Ears flavour to headphones.

Yeah, I find moving away from the EARS and then going back to them reminds me of how good the sound is from them. The sound signature is so different to any other IEM that I have.

I tend to keep an eye on what they list on their ebay store and I don't recall seeing either of those two models being listed, especially the EDP Ace as that's one model that would interest me. Doesn't mean that they 100% haven't, I may have missed both.

Bass is on par. Overall, the Penons are a bit warmer than the Enigmas. I'd say the soundstage is a bit smaller on the Penon giving it a bit more of an intimate feeling. Enigmas bring out more detail in the music. If I'm looking to just chill listening to the music, I'll go for the Penons...

I have been wanting to try a pair of Penon for a while and managed to snag these for £100. They are now getting 50-50 airtime with the enigmas.

I bought a pair of Penon Fan 2 from an ebayer and am very impressed with them. Bass is along the lines of IMR and it is very coherent throughout the whole spectrum. The faceplates are also a piece of art!
