Simple answer = No 1. IE7 has lesser soundstage than HD600 2. IE7's highs are recessed compared to HD600 3. IE7 take ages to burn and sound their best 4. There is too much of midbass hump in IE7

IE8 will sound as HD600 but IE8 will be slightly more bassy

Well I just compared the line out of my Laptop's Realtek Sound card and Ibasso D2+ BOA. I hardly noticed any huge difference. Just soundstage may be little bit big on BOA.

Somewhat forgiving mostly due to slightly recessed highs.

I am using Sony Bluetooth earphone tips since yesterday. Good highs, great soundstage, excellent mids, reasonable bass but poor isolation. But atleast I am not complaining.
