After listening to my e10 Customs for six months, I've noticed that the e10 Customs heavily prefer more resolving sources to reveal their true potential. Something that my Fiio M11 Plus LTD is not capable of. My iFi Zen Signature Series set were the only ones that can demonstrate it.

I recently purchased the Liberty 4 NC. It has incredible ANC with a good Transparency Mode. The EQ is good, but there's one issue. Transparency Mode makes a popping sound when objects land on any surface with a sharp impact, like dropping keys on a floor.

I really need a better source. The M11 Plus LTD is not a good pairing. I feel that the e10 Customs have far more potential than what I'm hearing.

After further inspection, it could be an issue of mastering or genre selection.

The E10 Customs doesn't do well with metal. The spatial cues and instruments become subdued by the slightly dark atmosphere. Then again, it could be the source I'm using. It does well with my iFi amps/DACs. So the e10 Customs might be a bit picky?

The design reminds me of the iBasso DX50. Very neat.

Very impressive. I hope this market flourishes and turns into something even bigger.

It's been two weeks and the e10 Custom is impressing the hell out of me. The headroom is pretty good. There's lots of space for lots of spatial cues, without them getting cluttered.

The e10 Custom really responds well to more powerful sources and amps. The staging opens up substantially too. I used the iFi Zen Signature Set, and it gets along quite well with it.

Got the e10 Custom. The fit is excellent btw.

I remember trying the GO Bar Kensei at CanJam NYC 11 days ago. All I remember is really liking the sound and trying it out for 15 minutes.

I went with Atlantis.

I should've tried out the Fathom. I would've said: "I cannot fathom the Fathom."

I'm receiving the FiR Audio e10 Custom IEMs in a few weeks. Will review them at the end of May or sooner.

I almost forgot to mention that I won the FiR Audio e10 Custom IEMs, and I'll be reviewing them after I finish the Spring Semester. Maybe sooner.

The Drop + Grell OAE1 headphones are special. The diaphragm's design allows it to project a large room-like staging that would be perfect for live audio recordings. I was surprised to hear that it cost $500.

The SP3000T with Tube Mode shook me to the core. It completely revitalized my Penon Audio Volt with such vigor. My Penon Audio Volt was pushed to the next level.

I paired the Allegro with the DUNU SA6 and Glacier. Both had a resounding matchup.

Now, as for the M23, it's slimmer than my M11 Plus LTD. The volume panel is a bit rougher to the touch, which is better for adjusting the volume. As for the UI, it's similar, but I didn't get too far into it. The sound is phenomenal for $700. It has a notably better portrayal of sound quality...

I purchased the Kiwi Ears Allegro. It's a neat USB dongle with energy and two auxiliary connections (both 3.5mm and 4.4mm). Only cost me $42 at the show.

I tried out the Moondrop Joker. It was a pretty impressive set of closed-back headphones for $80. The Truthears Nova was excellent, too. It's really good for $150. Balanced and detailed sound. Sound that surpasses its own price range and was putting up a good fight with my Penon Audio Fan...
