The Hardest hitting Headphones are.. ( "The EXTREME BASS Club")

I have not tried that pair yet. That's the next one on my list if I ever feel the itch to upgrade again. I've found myself content with the cascades with the xb500 to supplement when I want something a little different. Really hitting the spot.

Hehe Still keeping them. They fill out my basshead needs, will keep me from picking up the wallet again. Maybe.... I've seen some good deals on eBay for a set. There are a couple with extra pads

The Hardest hitting Headphones are.. ( "The EXTREME BASS Club")

Oh right. I forgot about that pair. Its been so long that i've had them in storage for years to keep them away from my cat. He's tried eating these cables so i'll probably recable them and enjoy them again. Taking them out and yeah I dont think I need anything else. Thank you for the help! I...

you must keep two headphones only

DCA Aeon 2 Closed for the closed back. Dt880 600 ohm for the open back. Took me a decade but this is the perfect pairing for my preferences. Easy tuning adjustments for both of them so I get different sounds with different configurations. All I need. I guess... 10 years ago, came to headfi...

What's your favorite headphone? If you could only have one.

DT880 600 ohm. Bright and neutral stock, but with dekoni suede pads and amiron wireless filters, It becomes bassy and dark, the mids step forward, the treble gets less intense, and I love it! Different tunings from one pair of headphones just from pad swaps and a change of filters. My favorite.

Hehe I still like them too much to walk away from them. Only if I could find the "right" bass cannons for my ears would I send them on their way. Currently, these are the ones but still curious to what's out there.

The Hardest hitting Headphones are.. ( "The EXTREME BASS Club")

Does anything hit harder and/or has more bass than the campfire cascade? I like the bass from the cascade but I guess might be a bit too controlled for me and I'm wanting something that really slams and farts in my ears. I guess I'm still looking for a bass cannon that makes you feel like your...

    New Beyerdynamic T1 (2nd Generation)

I've read good things about the ifi micro black label. Will have the power for the t1.2 and have read its a good pairing with bright headphones if you want an amp that can add some warmth.

Chinese / Asian Brand Info Thread (On or Over Ear Headphones)

I've read from some other forums that the Harmonicdyne Helios is good for gaming and music. The highs bring it clarity for the footsteps in games and has fairly accurate imaging from what i've read for the Helios.

Chinese / Asian Brand Info Thread (On or Over Ear Headphones)

Nice, that's what I was expecting. I have the gl2000 coming my way and I couldn't decide if I wanted portable bass cannons or the gl2000 or both for what they can provide to my collection so I guess I'll figure that out soon enough.

Will be great to read your comparison of the gl2000 to the campfire cascades. Considering these two and im not sure at that price point if I want portable bass cannons or if the gl2000 would be the better purchase.

V-moda boom pro is also a good option if you want a mic that can plug directly into the 3.5mm port on the panda but you will be wired at that point.

    New Beyer DT1350

Wow I just got a pair of these in the mail and I am so satisfied with the DT1350. In the states they can be had for as little as $120 refurb/used on flea bay or other retailers if you can catch a sale. I was not expecting the bass that the DT1350 produces!   Years ago when I started my lurking...

I must have this now. I, NEED....THIS! I hope you guys aren't buying them because I don't know what I'd do if they sold out! That's it, my first born will be up for preorder so I can afford the beast. Time to get to work! Sounds like I might not even need a TV to enjoy this cable from the...

Pictures of Your Portable Rig [Part XIV]

Still loving earbuds. It's the interesting mixes that occur between music and street sounds that do it for me. It's like an urban symphony.
