Yeah. I went with my gut and bought the Nio. Best iem i've heard. I also bought the sony ier-z1r and the fearless s8pro based on crinacle's reviews - a great pair of iems but for my tastes no match for the Nio. So, you have to trust your own ears in the end..... this is why I'm not...

From my experience ACS customer service has been explarary so fingers crossed this will be resolved to your satisfaction...
