When you say neutral, do you mean it changes the sound signature to flat or neutral or neutral as in it won't affect the pre existing sound signature at all?

Will these sound like trash if I were to plug them in straight from my Galaxy S6? If so I have zoomed in on two portable amps and thats either the fiio e12 montblanc or the vamp verza from vmoda. Would these amps be good options?

Also how do these compare to the denon  d7100 regarding overall quality and fullness?

These cans cannot be EQ'd to be basshead friendly? even with basshead amps like the digizoid zo2 or the zo fs?

I dont know if its just me, but I notice that my ie80's sound similar to the apple earpods, which are hundreds of dollars cheaper. Of course the sennheiser's win but not by a huge margin. Are my IE80's a bad pair or are they subpar for the price or are the earpods really that good?
