Sir, your phone lens suffers from "pink hue" issue. I am guessing it is Z3 Compact, or iphone6-6s.   You might want to get it replaced.

SD-4 sounds muffled compared to velvet in tight mode. Velvet is superior in every way. SD4 was in my radar because of SD2's success but, well.. after listening it, major disappointment.

Update on spinfits: They solved bass imbalance. The problem was fit apparently. I do recommend spinfits to any velvet user. Also, rha tips are good too.

I am using linum bax cable with velvet. It has a better bass extent, better bass dynamics and depth. Also there is a slight escalation in highs too. Makes it sound more refined.    Bands I listen to: Megadeth Iron Maiden Rise Against Shinedown Halestorm and so on..
