Audeze was truly a lucid dream all along. Saw on the Audeze subreddit they were quoting either Late July or Early August due to vendor delays.

Last year when I went to NAMM with my buddy Miceblue who brought his LCD-X 2021 model, we both ourselves preferred the MM-500 over the LCD-X in most ways. Probably the biggest thing the LCD-X still was better at was bass. I thought at the time the MM-500 would have been the more popular sound...

Seems like just for USA units and only just hitting shelves now. So I imagine a bit of a slow drip of new owners for now before a bit more mass adoption.

Coming from NAMM Show, heard it a few times and got a chance to ask Sankar and few other folks at Audeze some questions about the MM-100. The MM-100 was quite often next to the MM-500 and tonally speaking, it was pretty evident Manny tried going for a similar tuning on both headphones...

Went last year and had a blast, great show! Little inconvenient timing for me this year with NAMM also this weekend so I won't be making it out this year but hope folks have fun!

Given the Utopia and Stellia have sold thousands of units and there haven't been reports of injury it should be fine. Heck more than a few companies are making beryllium based driver IEMs/headphones without issues as well. ZMF has a pretty good part on the FAQ about beryllium:
