Seems you might need a factory reset or something. Software is definitely a bit behind, but it’s not as bad for me as what you’re describing.

I put the extracted file ( did you unzip, unrar the file first?) on my SD-card when I had it inserted into my MacBook SD-card reader. Then slotted it into the E7, went to settings and pressed the update menu. Not sure why you’re having issues.

Just make it less hot lol… and don’t glue the battery “box” to the case - the one I purchased I had to pry open to replace the batteries. Other than that, perfect!!
