ah! an internet connection!
Seems it's been awhile since I've been on, unfortunately my house burned down about a month ago and my a900s, HD25-1's and Shure e2c's kindly went up in flames, along with my sources and what not... how's that for an eye opener ;-) So I've reordered my a900's and am stuck between deciding...- NPoet

Honestly, glutamine is not going to be a kind of in your face results supplement, you will notice that you very rarely if ever will get a common cold while on it, and that your recovery time is slightly faster and muscle pain less. Personally, I use Optimum Nutritions glutamine as the two brands...- NPoet

I won't get in to my supplements, we'll just say I hit a huge range of them ;-) though ephedra can still be gotten in it's synthetic form psuedo-ephedrine HCL, works the same, jsut have to make your own ECA stack, 10:1 ratio of caffine to ephedrine alkaloids and an aspirin. Tht was all that...- NPoet
