What percentage of your income do you spend on audio products?
Didn't actually count, but I'd say probably 5-10%. Might be less, but definately not more... Have better things to do with my money... (Like, say, lighting the bills on fire and shoving them into my gas tank...)- vwap

IC: Oregon/washington headfi meet?
Let me say it again, as I don't think anyone read my first post. It is too difficult to make everyone happy. Very few people (especially with current gas prices) will make the drive from Seattle to Oregon, or Oregon to Seattle. Make it a Oregon meet to avoid planning chaos.- vwap

Good Email Clients
If your goal was to see what people use these days, the title of the post should be changed to reflect that. Anyhow, I used Netscape Communicator's mail program up until a month or two ago, and recently moved to Outlook Express. OE may get ragged on by everyone, but it works, and it's...- vwap

Printer Recommendations
One thing I hate about non-networkable HP printers, both inkjets and laserjets, is HP's software. It's bloated and slow, and in most cases, you have to use their installer to install the printer. I'm usually impressed with their quality, however. However, if you don't need color printing...- vwap

IC: Oregon/washington headfi meet?
It seems that there are more than enough people from Oregon interested in a meet... Since there have already been Seattle meets, why not spin this thread off into an Oregon Head-Fi meet thread? Though seeing Mr.PD at the Seattle meets has been kinda cool. Just my two cents..- vwap

Pioneer SX-1250 Receiver Problems......
Hi all, I've got an old Pioneer SX-1250 that I'm having problems with. I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but it outputs for about a minute before I hear a "click" and then the signal going dead. This happens regardless of what the input is. I've noticed that at louder volumes (~11...- vwap

Which one has the cheapest groud shipping rate, USPS or UPS?
FedEx Ground is generally cheaper for 15 pound packages than both UPS or USPS. (It's generally cheaper than both UPS and USPS for just about any packages, especially when you factor in insurance...) Why don't you use their online calculators?- vwap
