Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

Just note there is no ANC/AMB (if that matters to you) they are all about SQ.

Man those Edifier Stax Spirit S10 are typical Edifier battery life (bar a few of their earbuds). Music time ( ANC OFF) Single charge 7 hours + charging case 21hours Music time ( ANC on) Single charge 5 hours + charging case 15 hours I would save $200 and take the Neobuds EVO, you lose...

Both of the new Edifier TWS models are on this site : https://www.geekwills.com/edifier-stax-spirit-s10.html Not sure if I trust it but I would pay via PP.

Still wating to see some proper English reviews for the Edifier Neobuds EVO (about £75) with LHDCX (aka v5) 24/192k over BT 5.4 "Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity ensures a stable and reliable connection with your device, while support for high-fidelity codecs like LHDC 5.0, LDAC, AAC, and SBC...

aptX Adaptive / aptX Lossless USB Transmitters

I remember some users having issues with SOUNDPEATS earbuds (H1/ Sonic/Sonic PRO) when Game Mode was enabled but I did not really have any issues with them and read the same for other earbuds so would seem linked to Low Latency techniques or the QCC3040 Chipset. I have the BT-W5 and messed with...

Cool as some are blaming the users and they even posted a video showing how to remove them but common sense if you invert to fit/remove as it is easier and they tend to turn inside out on there own while removing them: I thought she had soapy hand but it false nails...

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

I have had a phone with BT 5.0 and LDAC since Aug 2017 (after Oreo update) on a MOTO X Gen2 (launched Sep 2014), almost 8 years which is a long time in the tech industry and things move fast. I do not rate LDAC that highly as many here can contest and I did not berate the Dongles and think it...

Anyone here fell fowl to Samsung's "Ear-Tip-Gate" yet? All over reddit but here is another source: https://www.theverge.com/2024/7/17/24200422/samsung-galaxy-buds-3-pro-ear-tips-breaking-ripping I would say it is a flaw not user error, never ever ripped any SpinFit or AZLA ear tips and still...

LDAC via the Dongle, I doubt that it has LDAC for latency reasons and Bluetooth Codec Changer will not be able to see the Dongle anyway.

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

Because Samsung do not talk about it (in fact pretty secretive about the details) probably due to it is still Lossy, it does not matter if it is 5000Kb and a CD is usually about 1200-1400Kb because as that is only the data rate between the 2 Bluetooth Antennas. You could get some Alien Tech...

Look at his sales and POS feedback, he has been there a while You will be protected anyhow esp. in you use PP, only issue is RMA if faulty that is why I ideally use Amazon.

Pretty sure most Android phones from at least 2016 had LDAC (dependant on the model/tier and Android version), I had the last Motorola built phone the Moto X (Gen2) now it is Lenovo built and IMO not the same quality.

Thanks, I only had them a few weeks and returned and there was no way to tell what it was using. but they were advertised as LE+LC3 only via the included Dongle unless that has changed. https://uk.jlab.com/products/epic-lab-edition-earbuds?variant=41653693120644#features

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?

Like the BT Dongle for the JLab Epics, the USB side as Hi Res (24/384k AFAIR) by default but I changed it to 16/44.1 as pointless as LC3 Codec is not Hi-Res. I would assume it is same here with LC3 being used (is the Dongle 2.4GHZ BT or WIFI?) and possibly they can update the Dongle at a later...

aptX Adaptive / aptX Lossless USB Transmitters

That only shows the USB side is 24/96 the BT side could be anything and without feedback via an App it is impossible to know for sure like the Chi Dongles we had previously that we know where only 24/48 BT due to using the QCC3040 but we could set in Windows or their App to 24/96 USB Even the...

Yes there is talk of the Edifier cans in the main thread (make sure you know they have no ANC/AMB as easy to miss). I think I may have posted it and now a new high end/priced all bells and whistles Codecs high priced TWS in main thread. Only $349...
