Original XL Pads lasted 1 whole year before it deflated heavily, and that's with everyday use. The ITIS pads I believe are the same dimensions as the XL Pads, but the material choices are the main difference.- Programmer

When I first bought my Crossfade M-100's, I bought the XL Pads too. This was over 2 years ago. After the 1-year mark, I found myself stuffing the XL Pads with paper towels or ethernet cable wires, to keep the pads from deflating. A year I've been doing that. The NEOMUSICIA replacement cables are pretty good. The headphones do sound a little bit "more" as described further back. I have also been trying the It Is replacement pads and they are pretty nice too.- Programmer
