You can put a cloth over it and use some pliers for extra grip. That's what I did on mine.

Yes, all stickers removed. The TA-22 is the best hybrid I ever heard. I also paired with WA7 Fireflies and it was good but I prefer the TA-22 over it.

It's a real issue and I don't think it's isolated to any particular phone. Sometimes it works fine no problems, but more often then not I get the same issue with occasional dropout on one side. Very inconvenient and frustrating...

I received my Svanar Wireless for a few days now and they sound pretty good and I'll say that they maybe come close to IE600 in terms of technical performance. In fact the tuning is very similarly V shaped but the Svanar is slightly less V. I find the IE600 tuning to be more lively and engaging...

I don't think detail is lacking in FD7, but the treble is more relaxed. If you want more treble, you can try the treble nozzle, pure silver cable, or wider bore ear tips.

I still own and love the Arya V2. If you prioritize soundstage, you can go with either HEKV2 or HEKSE. I personally would save and go straight for HEKSE since it's easier to drive and doesn't require a beefy amp. You'll save on amp costs in the long run. The tuning is only slightly different...

Honestly, I hear the vocals to sound just as good on the HEKSE as with the HEKV2. I've seen those comments about how HEKV2 sound better for vocals but in my systems I've paired it with, I've heard no difference. I listen to a ton of vocal oriented music and I love them just as much on the HEKSE...

More redundant than complimentary. I find the soundstage to be equally vast and diffused. Not necessarily more detailed, just better defined. There is no reason to keep both. If you miss the slight warmth of HEKV2, you could always pair the the HEKSE with a tube amp or something warmer to alter...

I didn't feel the EF600 brought out the best of HEKV2. The 3XP had much better separation, soundstage, and control in comparison. I'm not sure how I feel about HiFiMan amps...their Himalaya DAC is decent but I think there are better R-2R dacs out there. The serenity DAC/amp is interesting...

Even at $3k would be a hard sell for me to get the Sus considering I'd still have to buy a similar priced range amp like Oor or Bliss. And probably upgrade my DAC. Not worth it for me to chase that last 10%, I'm perfectly content with the HEKSE.

Can confirm RU7 sounds good with my modified Grados on high gain, DSD256. Also sounds great with high efficiency planars. :) I prefer to listen with external power bank. Sounds better to my ears and doesn't drain phone's battery as much.
