haven't listened to wm1z before, but out of box I also feel amp4 is on the neutral to bright side pairing with A18. Not sure if burning in will change things, but the sound stage is truly amazing.

Even in it'a original form, I like the miter case much more than the stock case. The black leather of the Miter case just looks and feels 10 times better...

Really, night and day difference? I don't really hear much of a difference between U18 and A18 besides the slightly boosted bass of A18 due to better seal.

quite opposite, I think the A18 is bright enough, a tad too bright for my ears under Ares II, so knowing that Lionheart does not further brighten the sound is relieving:)

No I only got a U12 (not U12t) demo, so the comparison is against U12. I know that the U12t is an upgrade compared with U12 , but I doubt it will be at the same level as A18t.
