My stack is black/blue mist. I really like it but if I had it to do over I would go with the wood. It would be cool if they made a bigger enclosure to combine the dac and amp into one.

I bought Chinese replacement pads on eBa. Definitely not the same. Too far away from the drivers. These are almost on ear which is why do many people couldn't get used to them. I'm glad that I didn't throw away the originals. All of the pleather peeled off.

Yeah, me too. The way I see it, we'll need a spudge tool and possibly a suction cup to get the back off. That's why I'm thinking a phone repair shop. They already have the tools and expertise to open without damage. Apparently the battery has a soderless connection. Good luck.

Sure you can. I use a FiiO X7 ,composite out, to a desktop dac/amp. It carries my entire music collection. I hate computer audio.

Solved. I don't know how. or by who, but it's back working. I contacted Tidal and I guess they unblocked Android 5? Anyway., I'm happy!

My login button is greyed out. It happened once before when Tidal updated their app.
