I find the ak roxanne sound much closer to the custom than the universal. I'd pick the am version any time. Plus you get a balance cable. Useful if you have a ak

Having tried k10 demo, my Roxanne soundstage is much wider,deeper and warmer. K10 sound signature is very easy to like on first listening. I'd say Roxanne sound is more acquired taste.

  I would not agree that Roxanne lacks in clarity coming from a Roxanne owner. I find alot of people who audition Roxanne confuse with lack in clarity and lack in extended treble. This is 2 different thing. 

Anyone is able to provide a review from 3rd party cable makers for Roxanne?
