How about the Parasound Vdac v.2? I'm going get that very soon, i heard it's better built with a toridal transformer. Most of the other don't even have that quality.

Just received my LCD-2F a few days ago. It turn out that I didn't buy the Schiit high end amp and dac. I currently using Asus Essense STX sound card and it sounds alright for now. I do notice after 15 hour of burn in it sound so much better then when i first listen to it. I now believe in Burn-in.

I just got my LCD-2 fazor and do notice a difference with the higher model (XC is an improvement), but for me i don't want to pay 1000 more for the LCD-3.  Thats just me though. Money is scarce for me. But off course if I could afford it, why not?
