Just finished reading all 380 pages and thus far, I think the Volt is for me..............unless Volt 2 is around the corner.

Can you further define the bass between the two and sound-stage. So you are getting more out of head sound and what genres of music do you listen to?

I find this puzzling also unless the adapter's resistance is altering the frequency curve somewhere.

That would mean that the Yanyin HBB Mahina with it's slightly boosted bass would equal the H50's bass emphasis. Am I right in assuming this logic? Where does the Mangird Xenns Up fit here in comparison?

Yes I know, far as I know no manufacturer provides those exacting figures. The IEM I am planing to purchase says 8 ohms so I'm presuming this is the worst case figure. So, does the M7 have a <1 ohm on a flat curve or wild one?

I'm already disappointed with the volume wheel on the M7 as you describe it, it's the only reason I returned the DX240. It did not inspire confidence going forward. The rest of the case was very well made though. I also like yourself on your new M7 found the wheel much to small on the DX240...

Verbiage is not the word. The clear stickers on the back of the player look very cheap. At least iBasso had it's name etc. laser etched on it's DX240 which looked very classy.
