Confused on how to use Fiio Q1 as a DAC
So I'm new to headphone amps and DACs and just got a Fiio Q1. When plugged into my laptop via USB should I use the headphone out port or line out port when using it as a DAC.- ddmonkey15

Can someone please help me pick out a headphone/amp combo for a basshead under 200$?
For a fun headphone, yes. See, I want my riducoulousyly bassy headphone and then I want my balanced headphone for anything that is bass heavy.- ddmonkey15

So would you say the ZO2 is worth it? I was debating getting that or the Fiio E11 and have heard great things about both but right now I just have the XB500's and want to either get something to turn up the bass in those to make a basshead can or getting a new set of headphones AND an amp to...- ddmonkey15

Audio Technica ATH-PRO700MK2 review - Take two subwoofers...straight to the head.
Would the ZO2 paired with the XB500s give me a similar bass experience compared to the PRO700MK2's? Because if so I would get the M50's for regular listening and use the XB500's with the ZO2 when I want some skull shaking. (I already own the XB500's)- ddmonkey15

I have the XB500 and thats not enough bass for me :D Well at least when I want a good head shaking so would they mash up my brains with the ZO2? If so I might use those with the ZO2 for brain mashing and the M50s for regular listening since I do listen to other types of music such as Jazz, Rock...- ddmonkey15

Can someone please help me pick out a headphone/amp combo for a basshead under 200$? (how this is in the right section)
Ok, so I love my bass :D so I want to get something that will destroy my head, rattle my teeth, blur my vision. So I currently have XB500s which are nice and bassy but I want MORE. So I don't want to spend more than 200$ between both and I have been looking at the Fiio E11 and the ZO2 paired...- ddmonkey15

So is that all there is? I want something more than the XB500s but of course not so much where all you hear is distorted farting. I don't really want to spend more than 200$ and I am willing to buy a portable amp.- ddmonkey15

Ok, because I was reading some things about some of the headphones I posted and some people said some of those had bass that would blur your vision. But out of those which would you say would be the bass heaviest?- ddmonkey15
