16 years later and it's finally here:  

Lots of NIN the past 7-8 months.  Don't know why.

So..... This is REAL: There have to be other Avalanches fans here. You can listen to their new song that just premiered on triple J too! New single is extremely underwhelming. I hope it doesn't represent the rest of the album let alone any of the other "collaborations"

Ugh... This makes me sad.     I loved Mandy Lee and was listening to Misterwives when they had 100 likes on facebook, what they did on this is awful IMO compared to the more folksy acoustic stuff that wasn't over produced and mastered to hell.  The "old" songs that they put on here even sound...

I tried all those other modes when I first got it.  I never really got into anything else but mono and "iron mode" which I wished made it harder, but maybe I'll give them a try again.  

This really is ahead of its time in the sense that I wouldn't ever have guessed "this was made in 1969"  It is crazy to think that.    

I've been playing lots of audio surf lately... changed some of the sound effects to more interesting things.

I've been a NIN fan for several years, but for some reason I've been listening to their stuff a whole lot more over the past month or two, and not in the "I'm so depressed omg, I can relate. I'm listening to The Smiths because I'm a sad teenager" type of way either:

Atmosphere has been pretty meh for awhile.  Slug was awesome after touring with Micheal Larsen, it seems like a lot of him rubbed off on Atmosphere and ever since their work's been a lot less YEEEEEEEE like. At the end of the day, I just started so I'm not sure if that means it gets marked...

So simple, so awesome.

The resin looks awesome.  It doesn't really jive with the carbon fiber neck though.
