I sent mine in for a refit, the right ear piece which required the stem to be shorten the face plate and art has been messed up. It looks like the gloss layer or something has been sanded off and is alot darker? What do you guys think?   Before   After

Great list Plonter couple of the songs i have but the rest is exactly my taste! I wish there is an easier way for us to sample tracks. I'll share some songs embed in youtube for ease of sampling skip through the songs and give them a chance some of the beginning are not great

Same I am not amused, so much for 5 day turn around. This is unacceptable it has been 2 weeks since they received the impressions and I had to email them since there was no update and since the received ear mold update there has been nothing else.

i got 6 hours or so from my clip+ with memory card, that was one of the reasons i sold it. Also had an issue where it would show 1/3 battery and then just die.

All of you who ordered from the site store recently might want to run a virus scan or something if your browser loads all scripts automatically. Their store is running a malware script haloasionweb.  

from what i understand the JH16 uses different components from the JH13 and its due to the volcano thing that the parts were delayed. I dont think the rest of the line is affected but dont quote me on that.
