Came across this company ultimateear.com A wide selection of products - good comms and will try visit their office next week for the impressions.

Had an online chat with Puretone, they can make custom tips for the Beats X and the advisor recommended silicone. They asked me to send the headphones too as they don't have a template. Have an appointment with the local partner that accepts the voucher but wont be until the end of the month.

Thanks for the link, looks like the "personal moulds" are now £95 + £25 for the impressions. Sent them an email to confirm price and "compatibility" with my Beats X. Silicone? acrylic? Which moulds did you choose? How did you find noise isolation?

Given the high price I would still prefer the actual scan or old fashion mould.I am very surprised this great idea/service hasn't really become more popular... most reviews I read are "sponsored" items, only a few personal over on facebook and not a lot about them here in the forum... I am...

Ebay options dont look so good and Amazon but reviews don't seem to be that great.  The search continues.
