After spending almost 1K$ in tubes to get around to experimenting with different combinations.. My favorite combination by far is the Mullard CV4003/12AU7 with Tunsgram EL84 O Getter using ZMF Verite Open with Suede Universe Pads. Keep in mind I was looking for a combination of 3d soundstage...

Can't say I've ever used a DDC before, what are the benefits of one if I'm running it from PC and lets say just stream music from Tidal? is there any benefit. I have a Pontus & ZMF Pendant tube amp hooked up to my PC.

Got a pair of ZMF VO's on the way in a few weeks and looking for some fun tubes to dive into with the Leeloo (Pendant with solid state rec) when they come in. 3D/Holographic with tight detailed bass, punchy with good detail retrieval would be nice. Don't listen to too much audiophile preferred...
