better amps have impedance low or high. so depends on hp, a high impedance hp may need high impediance and low gain. this in turn is effected by ones line level out. high pushes the soundstage close saturated, or lower, pushed back. but i digress

Cables matter. Amps more, servers more, dacs more, but cables matter. Imo. Power matters I like 10 watts per but whatevs

I have lost the handshake with roon rarely and have to reboot roon remote on my computer to my server. My fixed line out auto set craped out and I do it manually now on tt reboot, no big deal. Concerning power I leave mine on 24/7 except when we leave the house, in case an extended power failure...

I liked hugo 1 a bit more that h2. Just preference for the bass and vocals of less pulse arrays and taps that hugo 1 has. But that’s just me. Buying new I’d be happy if I was buying said to get h2 and tt2. But concerning value? The trade off is used battery life. My h1 is going great 9 years...
