Well...I have a pair of Westone um pro 10s that I have had for around a year now. The left driver came loose in its housing, and now rattles every time I move it, I can actually see it moving inside the housing. Is there a way that I can fix this? Maybe open it up and glue it down? If so, how...

please help me I'm a noob guys   I've recently purchased a pair of HA-FXD80 and I noticed that the volume is greater on the right earbud, does this normally happen? It's been bothering me quite a lot, I swapped the left and right ear bud and confirmed that it's the earbuds and not my ears.
