If it continues to do it you might want to replace the amp and make sure all your wires are ok, wiggle them around a bit.. best bet its the amp thought.

Burning in is very subjective.. some people believe it some people don't. If you do believe burning in why don't you just leave them on in the amp at a reasonable level.
