I really hope, the squeaking won't become worse withe mine. They're new yet already quite "squeaky", until now it's my only real complaint, even the Headband isn't uncomfortable for me.

I would suggest looking at some reviews about the AKG K845bt, I really like their sound and they're my go to phones for commuting. I don't know about your drumming though.
